We have introduced a “new look” for the “Black Label,” the second most-popular sparkler in the Maximilian I line, Cantina di Soave’s historic brand that has won a leading position in its category in the Italian off-trade.
The changes affect its name, label graphics, and residual sugar.
The term Blanc de Blancs, both appealing and more informational, replaces the generic designation Gran Cuvée. The capsule, once all black, is now less austere, with a golden hue that conjures up the white grapes that yield this distinctive sparkler.
With respect to its residual sugar, our sparkling wine is now in the Extra Dry rather than the Brut style, and thus now the stylistic partner of Maximilian Rosé; it better reflects the tastes of our customers, who are looking for easy drinkability and smoothness.
From 25 through 31 March, wine-lovers can participate in the grand “Toast and Travel with Maximilian I” contest, launched in collaboration with www.volagratis.com.
Those who purchase a bottle of Maximilian I will receive a gift of a “plane + hotel” coupon valued at 50 euros. All they have to do is enter on the www.maximilianspumante.it website the information on their sales receipt, and they will have a 50-euro coupon to spend right away, valid through 31 December 2019, on the website www.volagratis.com.
At the end of the campaign, five names will be extracted by lot from among all those who have registered and received their coupon, and the "lucky five" will each win a weekend in a European city they select, either Barcelona, Paris, Amsterdam, or Prague. Nothing left to say but “Toast and Travel with Maximilian I!”
