COSTIERA DEL GARDA

Ingredienti:

-       60 ml Maximilian I Garda Doc

-       20 ml limoncello

-       40 ml succo di limone

-       20 ml sciroppo di lampone e/o ciliegia

 

Tecnica: Stir

Bicchiere: Tambler

Preparazione: Riempire il bicchiere con il ghiaccio e versare tutti gli ingredienti ad eccezione dello spumante. Mescolare con decisione, aggiungere lo spumante e fare un ultima leggera mescolata.

Guarnizione: Spicchio di limone

BELLINI

Ingredients:

  •          10 ml grenadine
  •          30 ml peach juice
  •          Maximilian I Muller Thurgau Durello Brut

Technique: Strain and stir

Glass:  Short Old Fashioned glass or flute

Procedure: Pour the peach juice and grenadine into a shaker and mix energetically. Strain into chilled glass, top up with Maximilian I Muller Thurgau Durello Brut and give it a gentle stir.

Garnish: Peach slice

STRAWBERRY CUP

Ingredients:

  •          30 ml vodka
  •          3 or 4 strawberries
  •          Maximilian I Dolce

Technique: Muddle, shake, & strain

Glass: Cocktail coupe

Procedure: Put strawberries in a cocktail shaker and muddle well. Pour in the vodka, close, and shake energetically. Strain into a chilled coupe.

Top up with Maximilian I Dolce and stir gently.

Garnish: Strawberry and a mint leaf, if desired.

BLACK SPRITZ

Ingredients:

  •          40 ml Anima Nera black liquorice liqueur
  •          10 ml Campari
  •          50 ml Maximilian I Blanc de Blancs Extra Dry
  •          Sparkling water

Technique: Stir

Glass: Wine glass

Procedure: Fill glass with ice, pour in Anima Nera and Campari, stir briskly, then add the Maximilian I Blanc de Blancs Extra Dry, top up with sparkling water, and give it a gentle stir.   

Garnish: Slice of lemon

COSMOPOLITAN

Ingredients:

  •          20 ml vodka
  •          15 ml lime juice
  •          15 ml Cointreau
  •          35 ml Cherry or raspberry syrup
  •          35 ml Maximilian I Prosecco Brut

Technique: Shake, strain, and stir

Glass: Coupe

Procedure: Put in shaker with ice, the vodka, Cointreau, lime juice, and syrup; shake well, then strain into chilled glass. Add Maximilian I Prosecco Brut, then give it a gentle stir.

Garnish: Orange zest.
